We must ensure a reliable supply of affordable energy and work toward energy independence.

We support free and fair trade.

EDUCATION - Children have a right to a safe learning environment, and to teachers that are qualified and accountable to their parents.

We must strengthen and invest in math and science programs and make college affordable for all who wish to better their prospects and who by that endeavor, strengthen our country.

HEALTH CARE - We must pursue market-driven solutions that utilize new technologies and understanding of disease management in both clinical and preventive care to reduce costs, enhance treatment and expand access.

We must implement Health IT legislation.

We need to build upon success of the Medicare Prescription Drug Program and allow it to work.

We must reform medical malpractice and fix Medicare and Medicaid policies.

ENERGY - We must stabilize our energy supply while promoting the use of renewable energy sources such as biomass, wind, solar, and geothermal.

We must reduce the environmental impact of traditional sources of energy.

DEFENSE - Our men and women of the armed forces must be the best equipped and when they suffer in the cause of our freedom, they should also receive the very best medical care.  And when they complete their duty, they should be returned to find affordable housing, education and promising job opportunities.
